From what I read, you are perfectly able to decide whether or not a protocol is worth promoting. If I had to give one tip, it’s what I also mentioned in the article. Ask yourself the question whether or not you would recommend it to a friend. If the answer is ‘no’, I don’t think you should recommend it to your readers either.
