There is very good reason to be hesitant. As I tried to stress in the article, this is a high risk / high reward play.

When I do investments like these I am 'at peace' with losing my investment. Obviously I don't want to lose it, but I don't expect every risky investment to make a profit. As long as the balance between successful and unsuccessful investments is in my favor, I am happy.
